Lighting Operator, Thoroughly Modern Millie
This show won Best Production at GAHSMTA.The Greater Austin High School Musical Theatre Awards, or GAHSMTA, for short, is a Tony Awards-style ceremony for high school musicals. Our show won Best Production for our attention to detail on our set, sound and lighting design, costumes, acting, and many other areas. While this wasn't an individual effort, it is definitely something I'm proud of.
Sound / Lighting Designer, I Never Saw Another Butterfly
This show follows one child, Raja, as she revisits her past in the Holocaust. In addition to lighting and sound, I also used QLab to add video and photo content sourced from the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's archives.Cue sheets avaliable on request.

Yearbook

After stellar performance on yearbook as an 8th grader, as well as garnering recognition for my photography by the publishing company, I was selected to be a staff member as a freshman, which is not something that this yearbook staff usually does.

StafferAs a staffer, I worked in a group to create the yearbook. In addition to copious amounts of writing, editing, and ocassional video jobs, this position involved photography with Canon DSLRs (t7i, 7D mkII, and 60D) and a Panasonic G85, interviewing students and faculty, and collaborating with school administration on various projects.

The 2019 edition of "The Lair" was selected as a sample book by Balfour, so our book would be sent to thousands of yearbook advisers across the US as an example of exemplar design, copy, and photography. We sold out of all of our books.

Robotics

My school participated in Capitol BEST Robotics.
MarketingAs one of the only members of the marketing division, I took charge of building our website, which had to be hand-built in HTML, and CSS, instead of using a WYSIWYG website builder. In addition, the site had to be under 10MB, which introduced an additional hurdle with adding photo content to the site. I used Atom as my IDE, GitHub and GitKraken for site hosting and version control, as well as w3.css as the web framework.

Here is the GitHub repo.
